Glow Template AI lets you turn a selfie into AI-generated photos. To deliver, improve, and operate the service, we collect data as described below.

What We Collect

Identity and contact: name and email.

Selfies and facial images: the selfies you upload to create a face. These images may contain facial features and are considered sensitive data. You confirm the face is your own (or that you have permission to use it) before uploading.

Generated content: the AI-generated photos the app produces from your selfies, along with the styles, accessories, and prompts you choose.

Purchase and billing: payment records handled by Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe.

Technical: IP address, browser or device data, logs, and diagnostics.

AI-Generated Content

All photos produced in Glow Template AI are generated by AI models and are not real photographs. We send your selfie and your chosen style to AI image providers solely to generate your photos. We do not sell your selfies or generated photos, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models.

How We Use It

We use data to create accounts, generate your AI photos, store the faces and photos you create, process payments, provide support, secure the service, improve product quality, and keep required legal or business records.

Who We Share It With

We use service providers such as Apple, Stripe, Convex, Cloudflare (which hosts your selfies and generated photos), AI image-generation providers, and email providers to operate the service. They process data for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep your selfies and generated photos only while your account keeps them. You can delete any individual face or generated photo at any time from the app, which removes it from our storage. We retain account and billing records for as long as required to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can delete your account from app settings or by contacting support@glow-template-ai.melvynx.dev. Deleting your account permanently removes every face, selfie, and AI-generated photo associated with it from our storage. We process deletion requests within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. No online system is fully secure.

We may update this policy as needed. The latest posted version controls.
