1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glow - Funny Headshot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Contracting Entity

Your contracting entity is Glow Template AI. All agreements are with Glow Template AI.

3) Eligibility

The app is for users 13+. By using Glow - Funny Headshot, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4) Service Description

Glow - Funny Headshot uses a selfie, curated templates, and optional style choices to create AI-generated portraits. Generated images may contain artifacts or differ from the source image and must not be represented as authentic photographs.

5) License and Acceptable Use

You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse any part of the app.

6) Content

You retain your rights in selfies and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content through our storage and AI-generation providers solely to operate the service. You must have permission to use every image you upload and may not generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexual, or rights-infringing content.

7) Payments

Glow - Funny Headshot offers consumable credit packs and auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. The price, billing period, free-trial terms when available, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and can be managed or cancelled from your App Store account. Android purchases are processed by Google Play; web purchases may be processed by Stripe.

8) Refunds

Refunds follow the respective app store or payment processor policies. If you have issues, contact support@glow-template-ai.melvynx.dev before initiating a dispute.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, rights violations, attempts to bypass security, or redistribution of the service.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Template AI disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11) Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, non-payment, or abuse.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated version.
